The Harvia Vega Compact 3.5kW Electronic Sauna Heater (SKU: R-H-BC35KW-E) delivers an authentic, high performance traditional Finnish sauna experience directly into compact Australian residential builds, pairing master Scandinavian craftsmanship with space saving wall mounted architecture.
Specifically engineered to heat small home sauna cabins between 2 and 4.5 cubic metres, this 3500W heating powerhouse connects to a separate Harvia digital control unit, allowing you to fine tune session timers and temperatures up to 110°C with precision from outside the room.
The unit is designed to be mounted exceptionally low on the interior wall, ensuring radiant thermal air currents circulate effectively down to lower bench levels for even, head to toe warmth. Holding up to 12kg of high density sauna stones (sold separately) for reliable thermal retention and soft, revitalising steam (löyly) whenever water is ladled over the rocks, the heater is constructed from corrosion resistant stainless steel to withstand daily thermal cycles.
Requiring professional hardwired installation by a licensed electrician on a dedicated 220 to 240V single phase circuit drawing 15.2 Amps, the Harvia Vega Compact Electronic blends Nordic durability, modern aesthetics, and a two year warranty for your daily wellness ritual.

Loving our Revel Virta 2 person sauna so far (about 2 months since we bought it). I'm using it about 3-4 times a week right now. It looks great, is lit very nicely, is comfortable for 2 people and heats up pretty quickly. Being right next to our pool and a cold shower I get the benefit of rapid temperature change too.
I have used my fair share of saunas and this is by far one of the simplest ones yet. Effortless and such a great design! Wish I had invested sooner… thanks for the customer service team for being so easy to deal with. I can’t wait to purchase my ice bath next!
I love my sauna and use it 4 or more times per week. Still using it and it hasn’t lost its appeal even after 12 months. The sauna is still performing perfectly.
One downside is that I bought the 4 person sauna and it isn’t long enough to lie flat on the bench and if I had to purchase again I would get the 8 person size.
Also read the fine print. You do need 25 Amp power to the heater which needs to be installed by an electrician and buried 60cm which for me was more costly than expected as it required cutting through a section of concrete driveway.
I still love my sauna and would definitely buy it or a bigger one again if I ever move house.

The Revel Aura has been a total game changer for my recovery routine, especially after a long day at work. I also got the glacier duo cold plunge for contrast therapy...it’s a quick, effective way to reset. I usually do 20 minutes in the sauna followed by 3 minutes in the ice bath, repeating the cycle a couple of times and makes my recovery and sleep so good!
It heats up fast, and the full-spectrum infrared feels amazing. It's helped reduce my muscle soreness and stress after hard workout days. If you're looking for a convenient way to improve recovery at home, this setup is so good!
