From the moment your order is dispatched to the final steps of installation, our team is here to guide and assist you every step of the way. Where It's Coming From: Our state-of-the-art Distribution Centres, located in,

Shipping Schedule: We value your time. That's why we dispatch orders every day to ensure prompt delivery.

What to Expect: Your product will be delivered to your address and then brought to the room of your choice, making assembly extremely convenient for you.

Packaging Specifics: Saunas are efficiently flat-packed in easy-to-handle cartons. Your ice bath will arrive unboxed, requiring you to simply attach the hosepipes from the chiller to the Ice Bath.

It is your responsibility to advise Revel:

You give authority to leave (ATL) if someone will not be present to sign for the delivery.

You require an alternative delivery address.

The delivery address is a business property, in this case we require the business hours and business name.

Ideal Location: For optimal performance and safety, install both Sauna's & Ice Bath's on a solid, level & firm surface.
