SECTION 21 – PRE-ORDER TERMS

All deposits made for pre-orders are fully refundable. A 30% deposit is required to hold stock. $500 off pre-orders only available on saunas & ice baths above $2500 and not valid with heaters or attachments.

SECTION 22 – EOFY 2025 SALE

Sale Period: The sale begins on June 1, 2025, at 9:00 am AEST and ends on June 30, 2025, at 11:59 pm AEST. Any orders placed outside of these times will not qualify for sale prices.

Offer Validity: Discounts apply only to selected models as specified on the Revel Saunas website. Some items may be available on pre-order. Please check individual product listings for specific availability.

Exclusivity of Discounts: Sale discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, or promotional codes, including affiliate discounts.

Sale Availability: Revel Saunas reserves the right to cease or modify this sale at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

**All sale items purchased during the EOFY sale must be delivered in June – products in stock will be dispatched immediately upon order confirmation, and Revel will not store inventory at its warehouse for delivery on a future date.

Important Notice Regarding EOFY Sale Pricing Customers who purchased prior to the launch of our End of Financial Year (EOFY) Sale were notified via an on-site pop-up that promotional pricing would be commencing soon. By proceeding with your purchase at that time, you acknowledged and accepted the then-current pricing. As such, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or adjustments for any pricing differences resulting from the EOFY promotion. Thank you for your understanding.

Limitations of Liability: Revel Saunas is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misprints regarding pricing or product availability. Revel Saunas also reserves the right to adjust prices, change, or discontinue models and offers at its sole discretion.

Product Specifications and Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item on pre-order is delayed, customers will be notified with an estimated shipping timeline.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & COUPON CODES

When redeeming a promotional code, please click the appropriate link to read specific promotion details if required.

These terms and conditions apply to those promotions where you must redeem a promotional code or voucher as part of the offer.

1. The promotional code is valid for a limited time only.

2. Each promotional code can be used only once per person unless otherwise specified.

3. The promotional code does not apply to already discounted items.

4. The promotional code cannot be used with certain financing options unless otherwise stated.

5. Promotional codes cannot be added after an order is placed.

6. Voucher codes cannot be redeemed for shipping.

7. The promotion is subject to all restrictions outlined in the offer.

8. If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes and shipping charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.

9. Promotional codes are not transferable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash.

10. If you return items purchased using a promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your return credit.
