These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Revel Saunas & Ice Baths Referral Program ("Program"). By participating, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Revel Referral Program ("Program") is open to individuals who have made at least one purchase of a Revel Sauna or Ice Bath from our website.

1.2. The Program is intended for personal use only and is not valid for commercial or business referrals.

2. Referral Code Usage

2.1. Participants will be provided with a unique referral link or code to share with friends and family.

2.2. Referral codes cannot be used by individuals residing in the same household as the referrer.

2.3. Referral codes must be used by new customers who have not previously made a purchase from Revel Saunas & Ice Baths.

3. Rewards

3.1. Referrers will earn a $250 Amazon gift card once their referred customer completes a qualifying purchase and receives their order.

3.2. The referred customer will receive a $500 discount on their first purchase of a Revel Sauna or Ice Bath.

3.3. Rewards may vary over time, and any updates will be reflected on the Revel website.

4. Qualifying Purchases

4.1. A qualifying purchase is defined as any first-time purchase made by a new customer using the referral code, excluding any returns or cancellations.

4.2. Referrers and referred customers must comply with all terms and conditions of the Revel website for the purchase to be considered qualifying.

5. Restrictions

5.1. Referral codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes, offers, or discounts.

5.2. Referral codes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be resold or exchanged.

5.3. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program, such as creating multiple accounts or providing false information, will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.

6. Termination and Changes

6.1. Revel Saunas & Ice Baths reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

6.2. All rewards will be held for a minimum of 30 days to ensure the qualifying purchase has passed the return or cancellation window before sending out referral rewards.

6.3. Any changes to the Program or these terms and conditions will be posted on the Revel website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Revel Saunas & Ice Baths is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures in the delivery of rewards or the operation of the Program.

7.2. Participation in the Program is at your own risk, and Revel makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the rewards or the Program.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Revel Saunas & Ice Baths operates.
