My sauna arrived a month ago, unfortunately one section of it is broken, I’ve called them three times for support and sent four emails over the course of the month and have had no feedback or support about fixing the issue other than being told “it’s being looked into.” Super disappointed with the lack of follow up and response. There were basically no actual instructions about how to assemble the sauna either which is wild to me considering the complexity of the set up.

Full spectrum Aura - excellent just what we wanted

Received our Aura this week. After doing a lot of research I felt the full spectrum was best for us. Service has been excellent. We received within 1 week. Assembly took us simple folk about 1 1/2 hours very simple and not a lot to put together. I have used it everyday since. I had one question and was answered with 10 minutes. Loving this adding to our weekly routine. Thankyou Corey for your outstanding service and communication. Would definitely recommend.
